PLEASE ORDER HAIR 1-2 WEEKS BEFORE BOOKING A WEAVE APPOINTMENT- THIS WILL GIVE YOU TIME TO RECEIVE HAIR. THIS WILL ALSO GIVE STYLIST TIME TO WASH, CUSTOMIZE LACE CLOSURES, AND OR PROVIDE COLOR SERVICES IF NEED BE.
La Jolie Hair Braiding Salon Policies
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit deposit.
• Hair Prep: Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free unless a wash service is booked.
• Late Policy: A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled(1 time).
• Guests: No extra guests unless being serviced, to maintain a calm environment and to ensure space for current customers.
• Payments: Remaining balance is due at the time of service (accepted: cash, DEBIT OR CREDIT card ONLY)
• Satisfaction: Please notify us within 24 hours of your service for any concerns or adjustments.
Failure to pay for services: Will result in our local police department being called to handle matters legally and to ensure fairness for BOTH parties.
